This page separates fulfilment data handled in your browser from optional shared services.
Orders, CSVs and documents
Typed recipient details, item lines, imported CSV rows, repairs, packing slips, pick lists and ZIP files are processed in your browser. They are kept in memory while you work and are not sent to SlipBatch, the shared auth service or an app-owned server. SlipBatch has no database or cloud-sync service.
Clearing the current order or CSV removes that working data from the page. Closing or reloading the tab also clears it. Downloaded files remain wherever your browser saved them.
Seller profile saved on your device
If you choose Save profile, SlipBatch stores the shop name, contact and return details, return instructions, thank-you note and optional logo in local storage under slipbatch-seller-profile-v1. It never includes recipient or order data. Anyone using the same browser profile can see and reuse these details, so clear the profile after working on a shared device.
Use Clear saved profile on the tool page to remove the saved profile and logo.
Pro mapping preset
Pro users can save one set of CSV heading-to-field choices under slipbatch-csv-mapping-v1. The preset contains column names only, not row values or file names. SlipBatch does not load or apply it when Pro is inactive. Use Clear saved mapping in the CSV mapper to remove it.
Sign-in and payment
Sign-in, entitlement checks and checkout use the shared Cashew Crate auth service. It receives the session cookie needed to identify your account. Checkout is handled by the payment provider opened from that service. SlipBatch does not send order, address, item, logo or generated-document data with these requests.
Analytics, ads and consent
Google Analytics and AdSense are configured with consent denied by default. If you accept optional cookies, analytics can record page and content-free product events, and ads may be shown to free users. Tracked events do not contain file names, order IDs, addresses, item text, CSV values or validation messages. Pro users do not see ads.
Your choice is stored in local storage and in the cashewcrate-cookie-consent cookie for Cashew Crate subdomains. Rejecting optional cookies leaves the packing tool available.
Feedback
If you send feedback, the feedback service receives the category, subject, description and any email you provide. Do not paste customer or order data into the feedback form.
